With that said, this FAQ from Adrian Kingsley-Hughes does seem to focus on the knowns without much bias, and as I've had issues with the author in the past (forget that ZDNet is an awful outlet) regarding his coverage of Apple related news, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the facts of the case have been laid out.
